You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gratly.
Recipes you save are sourced from third-party websites. Gratly does not claim ownership of recipe content. The extraction feature is designed for personal use, similar to bookmarking or taking notes. You are responsible for respecting the intellectual property of recipe authors.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
AI-generated nutrition estimates, substitutions, and diet conversions are for informational purposes only. They are not medical or dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary needs, especially regarding allergies.
We aim to keep Gratly available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Gratly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate AI estimates, or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
