By accessing or using Gratly ("the Service"), including the Chrome extension and web app at gratly.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Gratly.

3. What you can do

  • Save recipes from public web pages for personal, non-commercial use
  • Use Cook Mode, meal planning, shopping lists, and AI features as intended
  • Share recipes with family members through the Family plan
  • Export your data at any time

4. What you cannot do

  • Use Gratly to scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit recipe content from third-party websites
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, crawlers)
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Upload harmful content or attempt to compromise the Service

5. Recipe content

Recipes you save are sourced from third-party websites. Gratly does not claim ownership of recipe content. The extraction feature is designed for personal use, similar to bookmarking or taking notes. You are responsible for respecting the intellectual property of recipe authors.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

7. AI features disclaimer

AI-generated nutrition estimates, substitutions, and diet conversions are for informational purposes only. They are not medical or dietary advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for dietary needs, especially regarding allergies.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Gratly available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

Gratly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate AI estimates, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
